When you get in touch
Your inquiry or collaboration details are stored privately so Rylee can respond, plan your project, and keep track of follow-up. This can include your name, email, location, proposed dates, links, and the message you send. Submitting a form does not grant permission to publish your story or subscribe you to marketing emails.
When you book a session
The website saves your name, email, phone number, chosen appointment, agreed price, booking terms and acceptance time, reservation status, and payment references. These records support your reservation, confirmation messages, session planning, payment questions, and cancellation requests. Booking a session does not sign you up for the newsletter.
Payments through Square
Square processes your card details in its payment form. This website does not store your full card number or security code. Your name, email, payment amount, and reservation reference are shared with Square to process the payment. The website records the resulting payment ID, status, and receipt link when available.
Remaining balances, refunds, and payment questions are handled separately with Rylee. Your reservation payment is a one-time charge, not permission to charge your card automatically again. Square also handles information under its privacy notice.
When you subscribe
We save your email, optional name, location and interests, and the date and terms of your subscription. These are used for occasional Field Notes, relevant session announcements, and subscriber offers. Newsletter membership requires email confirmation. Your details are not published or sold.
Email and hosting
Brevo processes contact information and email events to deliver requested guides, confirmations, booking messages, and newsletter emails. Delivery, bounce, and unsubscribe information helps keep the list accurate. An inquiry or booking may also generate a private notification to Rylee.
The site and its records are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting services process information needed to operate and protect the website. A hashed network identifier and request counts are used to limit repeated form submissions.
Understanding what helps visitors book
The site counts visits to its main photography and booking pages, state selections, and form starts. Only daily totals by action and selected state are stored for this purpose—no tracking cookies, persistent visitor IDs, full URLs, or form contents. These counts respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Saved inquiries and paid reservations are counted separately from the records needed to manage your request.
Your choices and records
You can unsubscribe here. A minimal opt-out record is retained to avoid adding you back by mistake. Unsubscribing does not cancel a booking or stop correspondence about an inquiry or session you requested.
Inquiry, booking, payment-reference, and agreed-terms records are kept to manage your work with Rylee and resolve questions. For access, correction, deletion, or retention questions, email ryleelouisa@gmail.com from the address you used. Requests are handled personally; some records may need to be retained for outstanding bookings, financial recordkeeping, or disputes.
Private links and photographs
Keep your reservation link private. Anyone you share it with can view the appointment details and terms available there. Your photographs are not added to the public website simply because you booked a session; public sharing requires separate permission.
Booking a call
The call-booking link opens Google Calendar. Google processes the information you provide on its booking page under its own privacy policy.
Instagram on this site
The Instagram section only connects to Instagram after you choose “Load Instagram here.” Instagram then provides the embedded content and may use cookies and receive information about your visit. The website does not ask for or store your Instagram password. Reloading the page resets this choice. You can read the site without loading Instagram.
Remembering your preferences
Your browser uses local storage to remember when you dismiss the signup invitation or subscribe, and session storage to remember your motion preference. These preferences may not carry across devices. The site also follows your device’s reduced-motion setting.
